Next Stop: At the Top (Part 2)

Hiking is a bit addicting - Part 2

Welcome back, awesome readers! Let us continue where we left off from the first part of my Next Stop: At the Top blog.

Here, allow me to share my moments while on top of these majestic mountains:
  • Mt. Gola & Mt. Manalmon
  • Mt. Batolusong
  • Mt. Daraitan
  • Mt. Mag-asawang Bato
  • Mt. Talamitam

On October 2017,  TUCLAS set up another twin hike at Mount Manalmon and Mount Gola in San Miguel, Bulacan. Reaching the summits of these 2 mountains will only take less than an hour due to their 196 and 192 masl, respectively. Difficulty levels are both 2 out of 9. See my photos below:

Before 2017 ends, TUCLAS' last hike for that year was on Mount Batolusong in Tanay, Rizal. The difficulty level is 3 out of 9, with 645 masl for the Mapatag plateau, and up to 780 masl for the Rangyas peak. It took us roughly 3 to 4 hours before we reached the summit.

I consider this as my favorite trail so far, as it offers a great scenic view of the sea of clouds.
Whooooah! Breath-taking, indeed! Scroll down for more photos during our trek.

My final hike with TUCLAS was at Mount Daraitan located also in Tanay, Rizal. At 739 masl, we reached the summit after 3-4 hours. The difficulty level is 4 out of 9, and a headlamp is required since trekking starts at around 4AM due to their strict cut-off and their limited number of allowed hikers. Check out my snapshots below:

For the finale, but definitely won't be my last mountain climbing experience, I had 2 hikes last 2018. First was on Mount Mag-asawang Bato in Tingloy, Batangas (March 2018) with family, and the second was on Mount Talamitam again with my BTTE classmates (November 2018). Mag-asawang Bato's height is 600 masl, and summit can be reached within 45 minutes to an hour.

Be stunned by the ravishing views of these peaks:
